My experience at Maison Martinique was nothing less than spectacular. I felt very comfortable and impressed with its ambiance and the service was impeccable. Paul Baum is an outstanding asset to the establishment. His manner and professional service is second to none. His approach is honest, easy going and highly professional. I can tell he takes pride in his work and that shows by his enthusiasm to impress his customers with utmost service. I have found many establishments with great ambiance, yet with service left to be desired, I have not returned. That is not the case with Maison Martinique. Paul Baum’s service, along with the other employees I encountered has left me with an indelible experience that encourages me to tell my friends and visit again. Madison Martinique is one of my favorite restaurants in Vero Beach, it’s a bit expensive but the food is always excellent .
